Blooming Supports

Therapy Based Services

We’re proud to announce the expansion of our NDIS supports to include therapy-based services, with a strong focus on overall wellbeing.

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Services

At the heart of our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services is a simple belief: meaningful, lasting change happens when we understand the whole person – not just their behaviour.

Our approach is grounded in prevention, skill development, and uncovering the underlying causes of behaviour, rather than simply reacting in the moment. Using evidence-based practices backed by rigorous research, we design supports that are both scientifically sound and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

We take a holistic, person-centred approach – considering not only behaviour, but also communication, relationships, trauma, disability, sensory needs, cultural context, and support systems. This ensures our strategies are practical, respectful, and truly effective in everyday life.

Our focus is on creating long-term, meaningful change.
We work alongside individuals, families, and support networks to build skills, confidence, and sustainable outcomes that continue well beyond our sessions. We believe people thrive when four essential areas are supported:

  • Safety – feeling secure and understood
  • Capability – building skills and independence
  • Connection – fostering positive relationships
  • Stability – creating consistency and support

Everything we do is underpinned by compassion, purpose, and a commitment to helping individuals live fulfilling, empowered lives.
